Spotview srl, in its capacity as Data Controller of your personal data, pursuant to and in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter ‘GDPR’), hereby informs you that the aforementioned regulation ensures the protection of data subjects with respect to the processing of personal data and that such processing will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, and the protection of your privacy and rights.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the regulation mentioned above and the confidentiality obligations stipulated therein.
Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing: Specifically, your data will be used for the following purposes related to the execution of contractual or pre-contractual obligations:

Additionally, with your explicit consent, your personal data may be used for the following purposes:

- Not exceeding the completion of the services provided;

EU Regulation 2016/679: Articles 15-22 – Rights of the Data Subject
