A new eCommerce, quality as always
We launched a new, higher-performing online shop with a revamped UX to offer customers an increasingly omnichannel experience.


Toward a phygital pharmacy
The project involved us in all phases, from pain point and opportunity analysis that guided the UI redesign to replatforming and system integration.
The phygital approach that guided the design allowed us to integrate and enhance the services and features of both channels: the simplicity and immediacy of online shopping, and the proximity and level of service typical of the pharmacy.
The new shop thus replicates promotional flyer offers and enriches them with simplified promotions for the digital channel, incentivizes drive-to-store and click-and-collect through store locator and free pharmacy pickup while providing fast and sustainable home delivery, promotes pharmacy services and the pharmacist relationship but also offers direct and efficient customer service, integrates SSO for unified customer management from all touchpoints, and incentivizes online and point-of-sale loyalty program.
Shopify Plus: an enterprise solution
We built the eCommerce with Shopify Plus, combining the security and ease of use that are hallmarks of the platform with the complexity of the LloydsFarmacia model, which involves managing a large and constantly updated catalog and articulated promotional mechanics.
For the implementation of the loyalty program, we enriched the checkout operation by providing for the inclusion of loyalty coupons in addition to the coupons natively provided by Shopify.
Results
The potential of the new platform, combined with a mobile-first redesign that was strongly CXO-oriented and based on meticulous data analysis, listening to users, and interface prototyping and validation, led to results above expectations in just a few months.

Targeting performance with customized campaigns
For LloydsFarmacia, we created a mix of technology and creativity to design and manage tailor-made, high-performance advertising and PPC campaigns without budget dispersion. Decisive was the optimization of the product catalog from a marketing perspective to achieve the client’s objectives: we used advanced tools for the creation and management of customized product data feeds for each investment channel.
