With a catalog featuring hundreds of thousands of products, Yeppon.it is a rapidly growing eCommerce player competing across multiple sectors, from electronics and home goods to DIY, outdoor, and leisure.

For years, we have partnered with Yeppon to drive the evolution of their digital ecosystem. The core objective of this project was to guide the brand through a strategic replatforming to Shopify Plus, building a solution capable of supporting their complex business model, improving operational scalability, and ensuring long-term stability.

The focus extended beyond technology to the overall user experience: information architecture, UX design, performance, and integrations were all reimagined to deliver a platform that matches Yeppon’s trajectory of growth.

A Strategic Partnership for Digital Growth

Over the years, Yeppon has developed an increasingly sophisticated eCommerce ecosystem, characterized by an extensive catalog, B2C and B2B business logic, advanced sales services, and a dedicated cashback program.

Prior to the Shopify Plus migration, our team worked closely with Yeppon to conduct a comprehensive assessment of their existing infrastructure: architecture, workflows, data models, integrations, and operational processes.

This phase allowed us to define a clear and shared roadmap, focused on ensuring business continuity while driving the progressive evolution of the platform.

From Contextual Insights to Strategic Design

The design of the new store was driven by a structured process of analysis and research, specifically engineered to identify the high-impact areas for user experience and performance.

Our strategic activities included:

Simplifying a Complex Ecosystem

One of the core objectives was to streamline a sophisticated eCommerce ecosystem into a simple, clear, and fluid user experience, without compromising its functional depth.

Our approach prioritized experience architecture over mere interface design. We developed a modular framework for brand landing pages, engineered to support dedicated content and specific merchandising logic. Simultaneously, we optimized catalog navigation to ensure that Yeppon’s vast assortment remains intuitive and easy to explore.

A key focus was the checkout and post-purchase experience, specifically through the Yeppon Club. This exclusive program offers cashback on purchases made across partner sites, managed via a custom-built digital wallet developed by our team. Users can easily track and spend their credit on new orders through an intuitive interface within a dedicated section of the site.

The result is a seamless interface that amplifies Yeppon’s offerings and services, ensuring clarity, consistency, and continuity throughout the entire customer journey.

Shopify Plus: A Foundation for Scalability and Integration

The new platform was built on Shopify Plus, leveraging its enterprise-grade features to support a sophisticated sales model:

  • Dual B2C and B2B models, featuring differentiated price lists.

  • Customized Checkout via Checkout Extensibility, Shopify Functions, and custom extensions.

  • Direct Wallet Management integrated within the checkout flow.

  • SEO and eCommerce Data Migration, strategically planned to preserve traffic, rankings, and operational continuity.

  • Advanced GA4 + GTM Tracking, with a structured data layer spanning the entire eCommerce funnel.

Shopify Plus has proven to be a robust and flexible foundation, fully equipped to power the project’s future growth and evolution.
