A new eCommerce with international flavor
For Fattorie Garofalo, we launched Bufala Shop, the b2c eCommerce available in three languages, to promote and export one of the products of Italian dairy excellence.

All the benefits of Shopify in a unique design
For development with Shopify, we used a proprietary theme created by SpotView: all the advantages related to security, ease of use and speed of implementation that distinguish the Saas platform thus meet the exclusivity of a custom design, modeled on the specific needs of the target users and tailored to the narrative of an inimitable product.


The UX that tells the story of goodness
The user experience has been imagined aiming to go beyond the simple sale: to best tell the story of the product, from birth to the table, the user is accompanied to discover Fattorie Garofalo’s sustainable supply chain, while his creativity is stimulated thanks to the integration between product sheets and recipes.

An Omnichannel Strategy
In order to make the brand recognizable, we launched lead generation campaigns combining the commercial offer with exclusive and valuable content aimed at highlighting the brand’s unique features, tailored to the origin of the contact, both online and offline.

We structured a four-email journey aimed at bringing the user closer to the brand, effectively balancing storytelling with the unique selling proposition. From the story and the narrative of the milestones achieved, through the focus on production and sustainability, to the description of the high quality of the offerings, the narrative reflects a brand that combines Campania’s tradition with the innovation of exclusive products, encouraging the user not only to make a purchase but also to identify with the values of Fattorie Garofalo.

Close to the customer even after the purchase
The journey doesn’t stop and continues with post-purchase storytelling: at this stage, the goal is to build a dialogue with the customer by providing support and high-quality informative content. We have therefore set up personalized flows based on the purchase made, for example, offering guidance on how to store the purchased product or providing exclusive insights into some of Bufala Shop’s specialties.

Five months after the launch of the lead generation campaigns, the results achieved have been particularly satisfying. The activation of Experience Automation journeys from the acquisition phase allowed for rapid and significant growth in active customers, with an excellent level of customer retention.
